I have been in the travel industry since 1986 and have loved every bit of it! I have done it all, Leisure and Corporate with Management in both, but have focused specifically on Leisure Travel over the last 20 years. I tell folks all the time that I became a travel agent in the first place to see the world and help people plan vacations. It's a fun job and people are happy when planning their trips! When doing corporate travel, it was hard to get excited about booking a round trip to Toledo and a car rental! Some agents thrive in the corporate environment, I found it monotonous, boring and burned out. 

For the last many years I have done on average 100+ groups per year for the active/retired senior and veteran's market. In addition, I have become a specialist in many areas of the world utilizing only the best and most preferred Tour Companies and Cruise Lines in our industry. 

I am industry certified in several categories (Luxury, Adventure, Groups, Cruises, Accessible, etc..) and certified as an expert with many of the major cruise lines and land tour operators. I say this just so you know I have the experience ;)

Listening to my clients wants and needs is paramount to creating the perfect vacation. I pay attention to the all the details and keep the budget in check. I will always be available to my clients to make sure no question goes unanswered and I will hand-hold as little or as much as you like. If you are creating a group of 35 or more, and would like a host to go along and make sure everything runs seamlessly, I or one of my experienced Hosts will be happy to go along at no cost to you.
